The Phase 4 evaluation is an indication of the successful establishment of UBL in the University System which means that all categories of IP and Commercialisation best practices are established.  

The evaluation of this phase 4 of UBL-Jaffna was conducted on the 20th April 2023 through the Zoom Platform. The Vice Chancellor of University of Jaffna, World Bank Team, AHEAD team, UBL Advisory Board members, University Senate, Council, Administration, UBL Team members, UBL Grantees, Inventors, Commercial partners and Staff of UoJ participated this evaluation process.

With of required pass score of 100, UBL-Jaffna was able to obtain 115 points.
